CAPSI partnered as Special Partner at the Fit India event on 29th March 2026. Mary Kom (Olympic boxing legend) was Special Guest. Security guards participated enthusiastically in Zumba sessions and cycling activities under the theme "Sunday on Cycle with Security Guards" — organised by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports.
President: Mr. Beerbhan Singh Parmar. General Secretary: Mr. Govind Prasad Sethi. The chapter also includes VP roles for divisions of Surguja, Raipur, and Bastar.

Discussed negative impact of Wage Code on the private security industry. Key demand: invoice payments must be released by clients before the 7th of the month so guards' wages can be paid immediately. Minister phoned Joint Secretary and assured positive resolution. Matter expected to be resolved soon.
CAPSI organised a roundtable on "Community Security and Civil Defence Preparedness" with Presidents and General Secretaries of various Resident Welfare Associations including URJA, an umbrella federation of RWAs. Read more →
